Pilates combines Western exercise techniques with Eastern influences. The focus is on breathing, balance, and relaxation.
This class will be held in English. The language is simple and easy to follow, and everyone can join – regardless of experience or whether English is your first language.

This class blends the philosophy, flow, and postures of yoga with the strengthening aspects of Pilates. We work on balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility, using the breath to guide soft, flowing, and empowering movements.
The aim is to prevent stiffness and tension while building strength from the inside out. Pilates is an intelligent form of exercise – a system of movements designed to create a strong, supple, and well-balanced body. It approaches each individual from a holistic perspective.

(Note! It is important to notify us if you wish to pay with Epassi or Benify at the time of booking. Otherwise, an invoice will be issued, and a cancellation will incur an administrative fee of 200 SEK.)
*Registration Policy:
Your registration is personal and binding (no refunds if you are unable to attend). However, you are always welcome to make up for a missed class by joining any other class on the regular schedule, subject to availability. If the instructor is ill, we will first try to arrange a substitute, which may mean a slightly different yoga style. If no replacement is available, the class will be canceled, and the final session of the course will be postponed by one week.
